Introduction
By submitting an advertisement to the
planethorses.com web site, you are deemed to have
accepted the terms and conditions laid out here.
These terms and conditions and the contract of
which they form part shall be governed by English
law.
Duration,
amendment and cancellation of advert placement
Once you have sold your horse you may delete your
advert by returning to the "place ad" section and
selecting "Edit or remove an advert"; you may also
modify various elements of your advert from there.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)
Regulations 2000 provides consumers with a 7 day
cancellation period in which to cancel an
agreement, subject to certain criteria. One of the
exceptions to the Regulations 'cooling off' period,
is where a service is being provided and this
commences with the agreement of the consumer prior
to the end to the cooling off period. You should be
aware that this advertising service commences when
we receive payment. Submission of an advert and
payment signifies your agreement to this. Refunds
will not be given for adverts that are no longer
needed for whatever reason. Any refund given will
be at the discretion of the management.
Processing
your advert Only one horse may be featured in
each advertisement. The advert copy you supply must
be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must
comply with the British code of Advertising.
Planethorses.com may amend the advertisement to
ensure compliance with these requirements.

inaccurate photograph supplied by the customer.
Advertisements may not contain links to, or names
of, other websites. In order to meet the technical
and production requirements of the web site,
planethorses.com reserves the right to edit, amend
or alter the copy or photograph supplied by the
customer. In the event that planethorses.com is
unable to accept an advertisement for any reason,
we will attempt to inform the advertiser of this if
at all possible. In the event that we reject the
advertisement, no charge will be incurred by the
advertiser. No contract will be deemed to exist
between the advertiser and planethorses.com until
the advertisement has been accepted for publication
on the web site. The copyright in all adverts
(including text and photographs) shall be owned by
us and you hereby assign all such copyright to us
